[Artemisia] NMS and Site Fees

Unless the group, barony, shire, whatever has a WRITTEN policy that states what the admission age should be, it is and always has been left up to the autocrat to make that decision.  

If you don't have a policy in your group, work with your financial committee to make it so.  Causes way less confusion and disruption in the long run. 

In BLS, the policy is: 
16+ = adult admission plus NMS 
6 - 15 = Youth admission (usually half prices rounded up to the nearest dollar
0 - 5 = child... gets in site for free. 

For feast
12+ = adult price
6 - 11 = Youth
0 - 5 - Child, usually gets fed for free with a paying adult.

  Well, the rule as it reads is that we DO NOT charge children that pay a reduced site fee. SO the only thing needing to be addressed is where the age cut off should be for those reduced fees. Should it be 16 and under? 18 and under? Somplaces I have seen it 14 and under. Right now it is up to those running the event.
