[Artemisia] Estrella War accepting Credit Card payments

I don't know if this information has made it here yet.  However, you will be 
able to pay for Estrella War pre-registration with a credit card this year.  
The event staff has also extended online pre-registration to January 31st.

This may come in handy for those folks who don't know if they can pre-reg 
until later in the year.
