[Artemisia] New SCA Marshals Handbook is Out

Hello All,

Attention Armoured Combat fighters, and all Marshals, the new SCA Marshals 
Handbook is now posted on the SCA website, under the Society Marshals page. 
It is pretty much the same as the old one, but there are some changes.

Please take a look at it, and better yet print it out so you can have it 
available to you at practices, tourney's, etc.

The new Handbook is now in effect, so we want to be up to speed on it.
