[Artemisia] BARD Competitions in general, and Bards

well, since I am a bard I think that it is something that we, as
bards, should do and teach.  So I would love it to spur intrest, but I
shall not even attempt to know the workings of how the topic was
brought about.  I shall leave that to the good gentle Caryn to
divuldge.
