Please cross post far and wide.
I have had several inquiries about the documentation for the Barons' War/10th Kingdom Anniversary A & S Competition. To clarify:
The one page documentation/entry form for the competition was created so that even those who are documentation averse, would be willing to enter their work in this competition. We want maximum participation! The one page form (with an optional additional page of pictures, diagrams, etc) is all that is REQUIRED. However, if you have already done documentation for your entry or want to do more extensive documentation to enter the item in a future competition, you may. You will just need to complete the entry form with the information that is not contained in your other documentation (i.e., which of the categories your item should be judged in). Also be sure that your name and home barony are not on any of the documentation. (All artisans and entries will be provide numbers upon submission to the competition to maintain confidentiality for the judging and the awarding of the A & S War Point.)
For those who want to use the one page documentation/entry form, I can e-mail it to you as a Word document and you can fill it out on the computer and print it out ahead of time. (This will save you time when you submit your entry to the competition on Saturday morning.) I will also have an ample supply of the forms at the site, for those who need to supplement their other documentation or decide to enter the competition at the last minute.
Again, please contact me with any questions you have and/or if you would like me to e-mail you any of the forms or documents.
YIS,
Lady Anna de Brabant
