Hello, peoples? Here's one for ya: what if Fredrick DeBarbarosa (I might be a little shaky on the spelling, there. Barbarian, remember?) had NOT died crossing that river on the way to the Holy land with his 100,000 men? Anyone think things might be a bit different over there? I think that many men could have held a lot of territory a lot longer than the 20,000 or so men that continued the journey after his death.
