[Artemisia] waivers?

I can honestly say this is something that should have been done along time 
ago.

Having had children fight as minors and now adults, watching them when 
younger fighting with adults and seeing now how many young rapier fighters 
we have, this has concerned me to no end.

I am so pleased to see that our youth are definately being taken care of and 
that their future in our dream is in good hands thank you to all concerned.
