[Artemisia] Duchess Kolfinna

I will bring the orange ribbons.  Many people aroung the known world were
planning to wear them this weekend to honor her - I just think we were
hoping for a better outcome.

Here is a link to a picture that was taken the weekend before she was
hospitalized at her elevation to the Order of the Pelican.  This picture is
a great representation of how I will remember this great lady.
