Hmmm...you could possibly pre-cook it, freeze/chill it in gallon sized ziplocks, and then heat up like boil-in-the-bag. Less worry about burning it to the bottom of your pot on a camp stove. Just don't let the bag touch the bottom and melt.
I'll leave the actual how-to for those who've done it camping :)
