[Artemisia] Crown Tourney Updates

Greetings, Artemisia!

Here is the proposed schedule for Crown Tourney.

9am Site Opens
10am Opening Court
11am Rose Tournament
Noon Crown Tournament
3pm (or following Crown Tournament) Peer Circles--Chivalry, then Pelicans, then Laurels
6pm Closing Court
7:30pm Feast and Kingdom Bardic Competition

Site fees: Adult $8, plus $3 nonmember; Youth 6-12 $4; under 6 free; family cap $24
Feast fees: Adult $8; Youth 6-12 $4; under 6 free

The site is the Cache County Fairgrounds, 400 S 500 W, Logan, Utah.

There will be a lunch served as a Kingdom Fundraiser.  For a mere $5 you will get a bowl of homemade soup, a sandwich made to your specification, a piece of fruit and a drink.

During the Peer Circles, there will be time and space for "pickup fights", dancing and board games.

The response to my request for feast reservations has been highly favorable and all slots have been filled.  However, I am willing to expand the feast numbers to accommodate any others who may wish to eat feast, but I must know by Wednesday (March 31).  Please contact me off list.
