[Artemisia] Loclan Bjornson sent on Vigil

For those who may have missed it, 
 
This past weekend at the White Shield tourney in the Kingdom of the West, Their Majesties Jade and Catherine made an offer to Viscount Loclan Bjornson, Queen's Champion to Countess Nisa and Countess Veronique, to contemplate admittance to the Order of Chivalry.  
 
His Excellency, realizing the rhetorical nature of such contemplation, will prepare himself to be recognized at the West Kingdom Crown Tournament to be held the weekend of March 19.
 
Many Artemisian are already planning to make the journey to witness this great event.  We hope that many more will be able to join us.
