[Artemisia] newcomers

To their Majesties and the populace of Artemisia,

It appears that something was said to a member of a family who, when 
their son had spent much of the afternoon at Sentinel’s Keep Harvest 
Court watching the fighting, were invited to join us for dinner.

What was said is now irrelevant, but, they left upset without eating.

After some discussion last night at our weekly meeting;

I would like to suggest that a Kingdom wide system to indicate newcomers 
be established:

*Using Black & Gold ribbons of between ¾ & one inch width for the 
‘string’ on their site token.
This hopefully would be a highly visible indication that these people 
are newcomers, welcome them, & they may well will not be familiar with 
what we are doing.
Take the time to help them want to become one of us !*
