[Artemisia] Kingdom Fundraiser at Uprising

In case anyone is wondering what is different between this paid heraldic
consult and the free ones I'll be giving out at heralds point, the paid one
fits your schedule. If you want to stay on the battlefield all day and
design heraldry after heralds point is closed, this will get you your own
herald. If you want to take a class in a hour and just cant wait in line
for a consult, then you can do the paid consult and skip the line.
