The wardens are:
-  Deputies to the Master of the Guild
-  Advocates/ombudsmen for members of the guild focused in
   particular areas of the book arts
-  Contacts/resources for members of the guild (including having
   some idea of who else to contact if needs be)
-  Contacts for people outside the guild who are looking for
   people with particular interests/skills

That sort of thing.  As Elwynne noted, the responsibilities of
the Wardens will be fleshed out over time, as we determine what
is needed.

I'd really like to see at least one person outside of our
immediate area be a Warden, so that we don't give the impression
that we're trying to grab any and all administrative
responsibilities for the Company (unless everyone really wants us
to do all of the administrative work while the rest just have fun
doing book arts...)
