[EKStationers] another warden

perhaps wardens (and their number) should be divided up &
determined by regions rather than by specialty?  If their
main purpose is to help people network, it would be much
easier for people to contact someone more local. And easier
for the warden to recommened people to contact if they
actually know them and work with them regularly.  Would
also make organizing local events much simpler.

Any thoughts? Or is it too late to make changes like that?
