I agree with the concept. The office is functioning well, but I think 
there needs to be more communication and openness with the Office of 
Chronicler too. Just because one has the handiness of having a an artist 
on hand, doesn't mean that one can't use other art to break it up. 
Variety is not a bad thing.

There are wonderful MEDIEVAL art sites online, that are free. Some are 
museum sites. It's not a crime or cheesy to use them. Other Kingdoms do 
and no one looks askance at their newsletter. How about general photos 
from events? Getting releases are not that hard if it happens to have a 
identifiable person in it. Something to think on.

I'd like to close in that there has been art and ideas (group sponsored 
covers anyone?) submitted in recent years, that were not accepted for 
various reasons. I can direct you to those people if confirmation is 
needed, but I think it is more important to note that not everything is 
as it seems.
