And I don't normally echo advice, but I will in this case.

A couple of years ago, my dear wife wound up in the hospital with  
deep vein thrombosis (DVT,  a blood clot in the veins of the leg  
caused by sitting too much) and a double pulmonary embolism -  
basically, the clot broke free, and wound up plugging the blood  
vessels in her lungs, reducing her lung capacity and ability to  
breathe. She recovered with treatment, after a week in the hospital.  
As a result, she is now more prone to pneumonia and the flu. The  
scary part is that either one of those clots could have bypassed her  
lungs and gone to her brain.

Invest in software, put a timer in your car, do whatever it takes,  
but don't just sit there for hours on end.
