You are cordially invited to join the Shire of Bronzehelm for its annual 
12th Night Celebration

When: Jan 10th 2009, doors open at 10am
Where: 1st Congregational Church
310 N 27th St
Billings, MT 59101

 From I90, take the 27th Street exit and follow it North to 3rd Ave N, 
then turn left on 3rd and go one block then turn right on 28th and park 
in the bank parking lot. Entrance from the alley.

Cost:
Site: Members $5.00
Nonmembers $8.00
Feast: Adults $7.00
8 and under $4.00

Combat: both Armored and Rapier will occur. Armor inspection at 11:00, 
tournaments to commence at 12:00. There will be a prize for ‘best death’ 
for the Rapier combatants

Food: There will be soup, bread and cheese available for lunch for a 
donation starting at 11:30am

M’Lady Morgana is preparing an English feast to be served at 6:30 pm. 
Please contact her at morganaberkana at gmail dot com to reserve space 
or with any diet concerns.

Bardic: We are scheduling time between courses at feast for bardic 
performances and are looking forward to music, dancing, stories and all 
other entertainment.

Youth: There is a full day of activities planned for the children, 
everything from puppets to quests. We ask that each family with children 
donate 1 hour to helping out (there will be mercenaries that can be 
bribed to take your place).

Fun: This is also to be a day of fun and silliness. Through out the day, 
there will be games and contests, period board games, puzzles, riddles 
and there is even rumor of marshmallow catapults laying siege to a castle.
