It is part of the job of the precedence herald to make sure that all awards
given are recorded in the order of precedence no later than two months after
the Royalty step down. It is not a requirement for this to be published
anywhere other than the order of precedence. At this point, the procedure
for awards reporting is being followed and the order of precedence is mostly
current and available off line at this time. (I have some data entry to do
from events that happened after Crown Tourney, but that should be done by
the end of next weekend). The website is being revamped, and will be on
line as soon as possible. Until then, I am happy to provide the necessary
information to the best of my ability.

While it may be considered by some to be a good idea to report the awards
bestowed more often, it is not a requirement for this office to do so. If
others that are involved in the court or attend the court wish to send
information more often, I would gladly support that. I do not believe that
the ongoing reporting of happenings at events should be the responsibility
of the holder of this office, since many of the noteworthy happenings do not
occur as awards that go on a form that is handled by this office. I have
addressed my thoughts on that in another email, which is in response to
Mistress Caiontiarn's post.

If you have any questions about the method by which the Order of Precedence
is kept in the Kingdom of Artemisia, PLEASE contact me and ask - I am happy
to address what I can, and get answers if I don't have them. If you are a
court herald and would like copies of forms or have questions about what
goes on them, please contact me as well.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I appreciate it.
