Getting at the Swedish library market is fairly easy.
There is only one big company that focuses the
libraries and it's called Bibliotekstjänst

24 times a year libraries all around Sweden receive a
catalog from them with the current publication of
Swedish Adult and Children's literature as well a
selection of other languages, music, film and other
media. Each item gets an objective review (Children's
lit two) of between 100-150 words. They supposedly
review everything that is sent to them so why not
contact them and ask? I've seen them review other
books-on-demand.
