[Sca-librarians] Library Catalogue Programs Question

I'm using Koha <http://www.koha.org> in the small library that I'm
setting up. You do need either a decent IT person or the willingness
to futz around bravely with computers, but I'm liking it. It is *not*
an out-of-the-box solution, but it is free and the user forums are
great for getting help. And it's one of the few Open Source options
that you can run on Windows.

You might also look into OpenBiblio
